01Scope of these terms

This draft concerns browsing and using the public Game Cabin website. It is provided for review and is not presented as an agreement you accept by visiting the site.

It does not replace a game’s own licence, a store’s purchase terms, or an agreement separately made with the studio. The operator’s legal identity, contact address, and any jurisdiction-specific provisions must be confirmed before final terms are issued.

02Using the website

The website provides information about the studio, its games, development updates, and contact options. The proposed rules ask visitors to use it lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and rights.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or non-public information.
• Do not introduce malicious software, disrupt the service, or impersonate the studio or another person.
• Do not use contact channels to send harassment, unlawful material, or unwanted bulk messages.

These rules are not intended to restrict legitimate accessibility tools, ordinary search indexing, or uses allowed by applicable law.

03Games, artwork, and other materials

Game names, artwork, music, text, logos, and other materials may belong to Game Cabin or their respective rights holders. Viewing a page does not itself grant a licence to redistribute assets, sell copies, or imply an endorsement.

For permission to reuse materials, contact the studio and describe the intended use. Any permissions supplied with a press asset or other material apply to that material. Nothing here removes rights or exceptions available under applicable law.

04Development information

Concept art, work-in-progress screenshots, feature descriptions, release plans, and platform information may change during development. Refer to the latest game page and its official store listing when checking availability.

Website information is not a guarantee that an unannounced feature, release date, or platform will become available. This does not override a specific commitment made in a purchase agreement or your statutory rights.

05Stores and external services

Links to stores, social platforms, and other sites lead to services operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices govern your use of those services. A link does not transfer control of that service to the studio.

The website does not currently process game purchases or payments. For order, billing, refund, or store-account questions, use the support channel of the service where the transaction occurred.

06Messages and feedback

Send only information and materials you are entitled to share. An enquiry does not create an employment relationship, partnership, confidentiality agreement, or obligation to use an idea.

These proposed terms do not claim ownership of your message or portfolio. If a conversation requires a confidentiality arrangement or a licence to use submitted work, agree that separately before sharing it. See the privacy policy draft for the proposed handling of correspondence.

07Availability and legal rights

The website may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or because of technical problems. Report broken pages or inaccurate information through player support or the studio’s contact channel.

No part of this draft is intended to exclude rights, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any final liability provisions, governing-law clause, or dispute procedure require review against the operator’s location and applicable law; none is imposed by this draft.
